Refund Policy

When and how QuantFit issues refunds for subscriptions purchased on quantfit.app, and how Apple-billed purchases are handled separately.
Last updated: 2 May 2026

Researcher — 30-day full refund

New Researcher subscriptions purchased through quantfit.app are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge, no questions asked. Email [email protected] from the address on the account to request the refund. Funds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the card network.

Lab — pro-rated on cancellation

Lab seats are billed monthly or annually. On cancellation, unused time on the current billing cycle is refunded on a pro-rated basis. Annual Lab plans paid by invoice are net-30; refund requests on annual plans should be sent to [email protected] and will be calculated from the date of written cancellation.

Renewals and trials

The 30-day Researcher trial does not charge until the trial ends. Recurring renewals are charged on the cycle anniversary; if a renewal charge was unexpected, contact support within 14 days of the renewal date and the charge will be reviewed for a refund. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals immediately and keeps access active until the end of the paid period.

How purchases are processed

Subscriptions purchased on quantfit.app are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax, VAT, and chargebacks on our behalf. Refunds approved by QuantFit are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

Apple-billed purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store on iOS or macOS are billed by Apple, not QuantFit. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can help confirm the purchase and restore access, but we cannot issue refunds on Apple’s behalf.

Contact

All refund requests for website purchases should be sent to [email protected]. Include the email address on the account and the approximate purchase date so we can locate the transaction.
